GKA, P.C. provides auditing and accounting, management consulting, information systems (IS), and taxation services.

Since our founding in 1987, we have provided services to a wide variety of clients, including Federal, State and Local Government Agencies; non-profit organizations, Religious Institutions, and for-profit entities. GKA practice areas

GKA offers a wide range of auditing, accounting, and management consulting services of value to Federal Agencies, State and Local Governments, commercial entities, and not-for-profit organizations. These fall into five broad categories.

Audits and Reviews - Chief Financial Officers (CFO) Act, financial, compliance, program, performance, fraud and Medicare and Medicaid audits, financial systems reviews, IT audits and reviews.

Internal Control and Systems Reviews - Federal Managers’ Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA) reviews; management control reviews; information systems audits; and U.S. Office on Management and Budget (OMB) Circular Nos. A-123, A-127, and A-130 reviews.

CFO Act Support - financial statement preparation and assistance, accounting services, payroll services, finance-related tasks, and technical and financial management assistance.

Cost Accounting Services - pre award surveys or other special financial surveys and reviews; indirect cost studies; cost benefit studies; and advice, assistance, and/or implementation of user fee reviews.

Management Consulting Services - Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) implementation, performance measurement, and strategic planning; Business Process Reengineering; privatization studies; and alternative business structures.
